Running Nov. 21–23, 2025, the Neon City Festival coincides with the Grand Prix, transforming the Fremont Street Experience and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center into a free, all-ages cultural showcase.

Music Lineup: Over 40 live performances including Good Charlotte, Deadmau5, Breaking Benjamin, Fitz and the Tantrums, De La Soul, Bowling for Soup, Two Friends, and Gym Class Heroes.

Art & Tech: Interactive installations, drone shows, and new 3D motion graphics on the Viva Vision canopy.

Atmosphere: A “festival without fences,” blending Fremont’s neon heritage with modern entertainment.

The Grand Prix on the Strip and the Neon City Festival downtown create a dual-stage celebration, uniting motorsport with Vegas’s entertainment culture.
